Lance Morginn is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience founding, leading and growing successful technology-based businesses from the ground up.
In 1996, he founded Planet City Graphics which won worldwide recognition and grew to become a multi-million-dollar corporation in just 18 months. He also founded Western Shores Interactive, which became a publicly listed company and reached a market cap of $400 million.
In addition to his leadership and technical acumen, Lance has expertise working with Asian companies and government entities. In 2000, he was recruited to work closely with China's Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Co-operation (MOFTEC). He assisted in the development of a secure network for the dissemination of information to State-owned business as well as companies around the world.

Director of Strategy and Corporate Development
Tejinder is the Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at the Blockchain Intelligence Group (“BIG”). He brings over 25 years of business and technical experience, working with medium and large enterprises across Europe and North America.
Prior to joining BIG, Tejinder was a Partner with Deloitte Canada for over 15 years where he led Deloitte’s Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management practices. He was instrumental in the establishment a full services Cybersecurity consulting organization, including a 24x7 monitoring capability, identity management, privacy, data analytics and incident response.
In the UK Tejinder held positions in the fields Electronic Engineering, IT Audit and Financial Audit.
He has a degree in Computer Systems Engineering, is a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Information Security Professional and an adjunct Professor at UBC Sauder School of Business.

Robert Whitaker served in law enforcement for 23 years and now serves as the Director of Forensics and Investigations for Blockchain Intelligence Group. Mr. Whitaker previously served as a Supervisory Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and last served in HSI's Illicit Finance and Proceeds of Crime Unit where he oversaw the Illicit Digital Economy Program (IDEP). The IDEP was responsible for overseeing cryptocurrency investigations, providing training, equipment, analytical support, and investigative methodologies needed by HSI special agents engaged in investigations involving cryptocurrencies. The IDEP maintained relationships with private industries and academia involved in the cryptocurrency space worldwide. Robert Whitaker previously served as the Resident Agent in Charge of the HSI office in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and as a Municipal Police Officer in El Paso, Texas for 8 years. Director of Financial Institution Strategy
Ms. Anaya’s career has spanned a period of over 25 years, with focus in fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing Investigations. Ms. Anaya draws her extensive knowledge and experience from her work performing investigations for the FDIC in aftermath of the financial crisis of 2008 followed by investigations for Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of America and others. Her area of expertise is in the financial institution vertical, specific to fraud, anti-money laundering and terrorist tinancing. Her interest in cryptocurrency was directly related to the cryptocurrency investigations she performed for Standard Chartered. Aware of the need to understand the technology behind the compliance programs, she took on the role of Project Manager at Bank of America working with the agile teams developing a proprietary ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) suite of applications. In addition, she worked with MoneyGram International to expand the KYC and IDSCAN tools globally. Ms. Anaya’s experience will provide invaluable financial institution insight as BIGG develops products and services tailored for law enforcement, legal and financial service market verticals. Ms. Anaya will help financial institutions utilize BIG’s proprietary tools; Bit Rank and QLUE to easily establish a risk model, investigate and report on suspicious cryptocurrency transactions. Ms. Anaya’s professional qualifications include: Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, ITIL 3 Certified and a Certified Bitcoin Professional.
Bernd Petak is an investment professional, corporate director, founder, advisor, and consultant to early and mid-stage technology companies and their investors.
After eight years as an engineer and technology strategic planner he graduated with an MBA from the Ivey School of Business. Subsequently, Bernd finished a decade-long tenure at Deloitte as partner responsible for the firm’s regional strategy and operations practice. Bernd left Deloitte to found his first startup in 2003, which exited via strategic sale.
Bernd acted as interim CFO of a major Canadian bank lending institution and is a multi-time CEO, CFO and COO. Currently he is investment partner for Northmark Ventures, a technology investment firm based in Whitehorse, Vancouver and Calgary. He sits on the board of Screenscape, a leading provider of internet-delivered digital signage products and advises a number of companies focusing on financial and blockchain technology.
Dr. Csinger was Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of British Columbia. He is a graduate of the INSEAD International Corporate Governance Program and is a Certified Bitcoin Professional (1df800). Dr. Csinger holds several patents in internet security, biometrics, and related areas.
He was Senior VP and Chief Information Officer of Group Telecom (GT). GT’s successful initial public offering took place in March 1999. While at GT, he operated the first PKI Certification Authority and Repository to be licensed under Washington State Digital Signature legislation. This seminal work influenced the later adoption of federal U.S. law (the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act of 2000, or “E-Sign Act”), and was an early model for the adoption by other states of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
In 1996, he founded Xcert Software Inc., a technology leader in the emerging business of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). PKI is a robust technical solution to the basic security problems associated with communications on open networks, providing a business and technology platform for the delivery of secure value-added services including modern blockchain platforms. Xcert was acquired in 2001 by RSA Technologies Inc.
